Each workout will be under 30 minutes, that you can do from home. They are easy to follow and can be done on your own time. You will also have access to the entire Fit Mom Method Virtual Studio with over 100+ follow along workouts and there are definitely some longer workouts if you'd like to add that in one day.
Once you hit "purchase" you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to the Trainerize App where all of your workouts, nutrition & habit tracking, and our community chat will live! Plus you will get immediate access to the Fit Mom Method app (virtual studio) where there will be an additional 100+ on-demand workouts.
Here's what you need! Everything can be purchased on Amazon or Target.
Dumbbells (have at least two options, light - medium - heavy). I suggest at least having two 5lbs and 10lbs. If you want to grab some lighter and/or heavier ones you'll just have more too choose from :)

A mix of both! I have found over my years of training busy moms that somedays we need a fun, upbeat, musically driven workout to motivate us. Yet other days we only have 20 minutes and just want to knock out some quick strength training. So I have designed MOVE TO THRIVE to have a mix of both. The "written workouts" will include a quick under 30 second demo video showing you proper form and how to execute the movement, and also state how many reps/rounds/or how much time. You'll be able to check off every round - definitely giving you a sense of accomplishment. I'll also send you a ton of fun playlists, so even if it's not a follow along day, you'll still be energized with good beats!

Upon purchasing THRIVE, you will create a password to create an account. You will then receive an email with the the link to the members only portal where you can launch your program on a desktop, and you will also have access to it on The Fit Mom Method app. This email will also include the calendar link to our monthly Group Coaching Call where you can get direct support from Carly.
Everything you need is in this members only portal. You will need to watch the educational videos before starting Week 1 of the program.
