Hey mama! Welcome to THE FIT MOM METHOD, I'm so glad you're here! I am a mom of two, fitness professional, and the hype-mama you didn't know you needed.

​

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry as an instructor, creator, and lead trainer, I combine my expert knowledge of functional movement with safe, effective, science-based exercises to empower you through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

​

I am a mom of two, certified Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Diastasis & Core Consultant, with additional certifications in Yoga, Barre, Cycling, Dance, Strength Training, and more. 

​

As a pregnant woman I was a bit fearful. I had multiple miscarriages and was a high-risk pregnancy, and I never felt that I got any guidance other than "just listen to your body". I felt that I deserved to know more so I could enjoy movement in my pregnant body and not fear it.

​

As a new mom, I felt the emotional and physical ups and downs. I know the struggle to get a workout in, let alone a shower. I felt the need for community, and I felt lost in my new skin.

THE FIT MOM METHOD was created to help women fearlessly move, connect, and confidently thrive in their own skin.

My nurturing and dynamic classes are carefully designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and help you move confidently through this season of life.
